Step 3 : If the customer’s issue is unresolved for a period of 10 working days after the customer reaches out to the Principal Officer as provided in Step 2, the customer may write to the Director at email@example.com
Step 4: If the complaint is not resolved at Step 3 within a period of 10 working days from the date of such issues first being raised at Step 3, or if the customer is not satisfied with MyPolicyJunction’s grievance redressal approach, the customer may, after completion of 10 working days after the issue was first raised at Step 3, approach IRDAI at https://igms.irda.gov.in
